Recruit Direct Terms of Service

Subscription Service

Participants understand that Recruit Direct operates as a subscription service. Billing occurs once a month, starting from the date of the first payment.

Cancellation Notice

Participants must notify Recruit Direct via email at Jacobd.enns@gmail.com at least 60 days prior to the ending contract date if they wish to cancel their subscription. For individual recruiting clients a 14 day written notice is required. Failure to provide notice will result in the participant being billed for 50% of the previous contract duration.

Knowledge ownership

Contents or log in details of the recruiting database cannot be shared with any other individuals or organizations. The Recruiting 101 class cannot be shared with another other than the individual who signed up for the training.; Sharing information from the recruiting database including but not limited to what positions schools are looking for and what schools are offering to anyone is explicitly prohibited.

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
